At WoolBox, we aim to Dispatch your Order as quickly as possible, typically within 1 - 3 Working days, though this may be a little longer during promotional periods, Bank Holidays or times of Industrial Action.

Domestic (UK) Orders

For Domestic (UK) Orders, WoolBox use Royal Mail as our chosen courier service. All of our Shipping Services use tracked methods for added peace of mind. Should you require your items quickly, WoolBox would recommend choosing Royal Mail Express Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Next Day, as these are priority services (although not guaranteed*). All Express Orders (Excluding Bank & Public Holidays) Placed Before 1:00pm, will be shipped the same day*. Orders after 1:00pm or orders placed during a Bank/Public Holiday/Weekend will be shipped on the next working day. 

Please Note: Heavy items such as Sewing & Knitting Machines may incur a Special Shipping Charge of £10.00 per order as these items need to be specially shipped and tracked for added customer peace of mind. Items include Janome, Silver, Singer & Brother Sewing & Knitting Machines.

All Mainland UK Orders are eligible for FREE Delivery when you spend £35 or more. Delivery options for Domestic orders are detailed below:

Domestic Shipping (UK Orders) Terms & Conditions

Orders eligible for FREE Delivery will be shipping using Royal Mail Standard Shipping. FREE Delivery exclusions apply, including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & The Isle of Man whereby a flat delivery charge of £6.29 will be applied to your order, regardless of value.

* Though our courier partners will endeavour to deliver within the specified delivery window, this is not guaranteed and is completely out of the control of WoolBox. Royal Mail Target for Express Tracked 48 is 98% Delivered on time, with Next Day targeted at 97.5% Delivered on time. Express orders are sometimes delayed due to factors outside our courier partner's control. Should your order not arrive within the targeted delivery date, please allow another working day before contacting WoolBox. WoolBox will refund the difference in cost between Standard Shipping and Express/Next Day (i.e. £6.49 / £4.99 - £3.49 = £3.00 / £1.50) if your order has not arrived more than 1 working day after the specified date. This applies to Express Tracked 48 & Next Day orders only.

For standard orders, please allow up to 10 Working Days for your order to arrive during busy periods including Bank Holidays, Promotional Periods and times of Industrial Action.

International Orders

International Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail International. These orders are delivered using their courier partners, which will differ from country to country. Delivery charges for International (USA) Orders are detailed below:

International Orders (USA Orders) Terms & Conditions

All International orders are delivered using either Royal Mail (Standard Shipping) and DHL (Express Shipping). Shipping Costs are calculated by weight of your order. Import duties & taxes may also be chargeable on International Orders which are levied once a package arrives in your country in line with country specific De Minimis Values set by your countries government - Detailed Below. Any duties, taxes or customs are your responsibility. WoolBox have no control over these charges and would not be able to accurately detail what they would be on each order. Please allow extra time for your orders to clear customs.

If selecting Royal Mail Standard Shipping (Untracked), please allow 6 weeks before classing a parcel as missing, as parcels often turn up during this timescale. Please note we cannot provide a tracking number for orders fulfilled using this delivery method.
